Low Carb Pizza Recipe: “The Breadless Wonder”

Recipes

Low Carb Pizza Recipe: Ive named it The Breadless Wonder Pizza 4 eggs (or 2 eggs if you only want a personal pan size) 1 small package (I forgot to look at the oz) mozzarella cheese Pizza sauce (use as needed, save some for next pizza) Whatever toppings you desire. My Breadless Wonder had the following toppings: Hillshire Farm Beef Sausage Pepperoni Onions Green Peppers Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese mix (small package, again forgot to look at oz) Heat oven to 350 Bust the eggs and mix in a dish with the mozzarella cheese. Stirring ingredients together Coat a frying pan with either Pam or butter. Im sure Pam is better, but I used butter. On the stovetop on medium heat pour egg/cheese batter into the frying pan and make sure ingredients are evenly distributed and coat the entire bottom of the pan. Do not stir or scramble After the egg/cheese mix has hardened to look like a bread crust like consistency, place the entire frying pan in the oven (if your frying pan shouldnt go into the oven, then carefully place your crust into a baking or pizza pan that can go into the oven). It was just easier for me to place the entire pan in the oven. Leave in the oven for approximately 5 minutes or until crust appears hard enough to hold toppings. While the crust is baking, on top of the stove sauté onions, green peppers, sausage and any other ingredients you prefer on your pizza because you want all meats/veggies cooked before you place them on your crust. After youve sautéed your toppings

Betty’s Asparagus with Peanutty Hollandaise Sauce Recipe

Recipes

In this video, Betty prepares an elegant asparagus dish, topped with easy and delicious homemade Hollandaise sauce, then sprinkled with crushed peanuts. It has great eye-appeal and is healthy and yummy! Ingredients: 1 average-sized bunch raw asparagus water for cooking the asparagus (salted with 1 teaspoon salt) 3 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature 2 egg yolks (separate the eggs and discard the whites or save them for another recipe, like meringue) 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup crushed salted peanuts (no husks) First, wash the asparagus and snap off the coarse bottom ends. (Discard the ends or save them for something like cream of asparagus soup.) Put about 1 inch of water in a large round pot, add 1 teaspoon salt, and bring the water to a boil. Place the asparagus into the boiling water and return to a boil. Cook the asparagus, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Then place the lid on the pot, and cook the asparagus 7 minutes longer. Drain the asparagus with a collander and place the drained asparagus on a serving platter or in a serving bowl. Cover the serving dish with aluminum foil to hold in the heat while you make a quick Hollandaise sauce. For the sauce, begin with 3 oz. cream cheese. Mash it with a fork until smooth, and then place it in a small saucepan. Add one egg yolk at a time, and mix each one thoroughly with the cream cheese. Now add the lemon juice and salt, and stir until the mixture is entirely blended. Move the saucepan to the

Betty’s Easy and Tender Barbecued Boneless Pork Ribs Recipe

Recipes

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make incredibly tender and tasty Barbecued Boneless Pork Ribs. This is accomplished by cooking the ribs in a crock pot, then removing any excess fat, coating them with a delicious barbecue sauce, and browning them off in an oven. You have to see it to believe it! (Note: I used a bottled sauce. The purpose of this video is not in the making of the sauce, but rather in the preparation of the ribs.) Ingredients: 2 pounds boneless pork ribs 18 oz. bottled barbecue sauce (I used KC Masterpiece–about 1/3 to 1/2 of the bottle.) meat tenderizer, to taste Sprinkle meat tenderizer on the top and bottom of each of the boneless pork ribs. Place them in a crock pot, turn it to “low,” and let the ribs cook for about 5 hours. Remove the ribs from the crock pot, and place them on a platter. Cover with plastic wrap, and let them cool to room temperature. When cool enough to handle, trim all excess fat from the cooked ribs. They will be very tender, so you will need to handle them gently. After each rib is trimmed of fat, place it in a bowl that has a generous amount of bottled barbecue sauce. Roll it to coat it with barbecue sauce. Then place it on a broiler pan that has a drip pan underneath to catch any drippings. (I cover my broiler pan with aluminum foil, so there will be an easy clean-up.) When all of the ribs are coated with barbecue sauce and are placed on the broiler pan, put the pan of ribs into an oven that has been preheated to 300
